Private Chef/Catering/Cooking Classes??From Venezuela??Living in Barcelona
Fabiola was born in Caracas,Venezuela, she went to live in Barcelona,Spain when she was 18 years old. She started to study political sciences but after a year she became convinced that this was not her real passion and began to study at the renowned Hofmann Cooking School from which she graduated in 2012.
Once she graduated from Hoffman, she was hired by the Restaurant Eleven Madison Park,in New York City wich is a Three Michelin Stars and it’s the third Best Restaurant of the World according to the list 50 Best.
The cook admits that both work and living in the city was a great experience.
She then went to work at Fresko Restaurant from the Ara Caracas Chain in Miami where she worked for two years in the kitchen and in the bakery and that opened other doors to her because she was very interested in the bakery.
In 2015 she returned to Barcelona where she went back to the school where she trained as a cook, the Hofmann Cooking School , this time to take the Professional Pastry Course. Meanwhile, she worked as a Chef at a Restaurant called Bogart, where she had the opportunity to create the Menu.
In August 2016 she was recommended to make a substitution as the Private Chef in the house of an influential family and of the Spanish Royalty, where she still works at the moment .
